En esta ocasi\u00f3n me ha tocado trabajar sobre aprendizaje colaborativo con los nuevos funcionarios en pr\u00e1cticas.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<div style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; padding-top: 0; height: 0;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.genial.ly\/View\/Index\/5a170cb7f8582727a04ea4cd\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"yes\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Un encargo\u00a0 que me encomend\u00f3\u00a0 el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/educacion\/portals\/web\/cep-bollullos-valverde\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CEP Bollullos-Valverde<\/a>, mi CEP, y que me ha hecho ilusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Ha sido una sesi\u00f3n eminentemente pr\u00e1ctica, no se puede entender el aprendizaje cooperativo como una formaci\u00f3n est\u00e1tica y unidireccional. No soy especialista en el tema, ni mucho menos, pero me apasiona y aprovecho cada momento para aprender\u00a0 y sobre todo para aplicarlo al aula.<\/p>\n<p>Una nueva oportunidad de aprendizaje con los compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras que se inician en la carrera docente. Agradecida por la alta motivaci\u00f3n y el inter\u00e9s de la gran mayor\u00eda; dispuesta a calmar las dudas, miedos e inquietudes de unos pocos y algo \u00abasustada\u00bb por la actitud \u00abdefensiva\u00bb de un sector minoritario, casi anecd\u00f3tico.
